Whatever your media and tank depth and profile, SSI probably has an ultrasonic liquid level sensor for you.Our ultrasonic liquid level sensors use ultrasonic technology to generate a high-frequency sound wave to measure the time for the echo to reflect off of the target and return to the ultrasonic liquid level sensor. The distance from the ultrasonic liquid level sensor to the fluid is calculated based on the speed of sound and the profile programmed into the sensor.

Fluid-Trac® Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensor (2-Wire, Resistive Emulation)
 

The Fluid-Trac 2-Wire Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensors are non-contact sensors that can be used as a more reliable and accurate replacement for standard 33-240 ohm resistive float sender, reed-switch tube sensors or capacitive tube senders.

The Fluid-Trac 2-wire ultrasonic liquid level sensor is commonly used to work with fuel gauges.

Acu-Trac SMART 485 Gasoline Sensor  
Acu-Trac™ Smart 485 Gasoline Level Sensor is a non-contact ultrasonic liquid level sensor that was designed as a direct replacement for level senders on gasoline tanks with depths up to ≤ 1.9 meters (76 inches).
 
The Smart 485 Gasoline level sensor offers a choice of outputs (current, ratiometric voltage or non-ratiometric voltage) along with a digital output on a RS-485 bus.
 
The Smart 485 Gasoline level sensor 's RS-485 bus allows real time processing of gasoline data and messaging over the 485 bus. The 485 bus also provides the user the flexibility to program the Smart 485 gasoline level sensor for tank configuration, digital filtering, gauge drive output full and empty endpoints and communication mode.

Acu-Trac™ Smart 485 Diesel Level Sensor ia a non-contact ultrasonic liquid level sensor that are a direct replacement for level senders on diesel tanks with depths up to ≤ 2.5 meters (98 inches).
 
The Smart 485 Diesel level sensor can also be used on a wide variety of non-gasoline liquid media - oil, coolant, water, waste water and urea.
 
The Smart 485 Diesel level sensor offers a choice of outputs (current, ratiometric voltage or non-ratiometric voltage) along with a digital output on a RS-485 bus.
 
The Smart 485 Diesel level sensor 's RS-485 bus allows real time processing of diesel fuel data and messaging over the 485 bus. The 485 bus also provides the user the flexibility to program the Smart 485 diesel level sensor for tank configuration, digital filtering, gauge drive output full and empty endpoints and communication mode.

The Acu-Trac™ Fuel Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensors are non-contact sensors that are a direct replacement for level senders on tanks with depths of ≤ 1.5 meters (59 inches).
 
The Fuel Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensors offers a choice of outputs (analog current loop; ratiometric voltage; or non-ratiometric voltage).
 
The Fuel Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensors have the additional capability of processing real time fuel data and messaging on a J1708 data link for both on vehicle and off vehicle communications.
 
The Fuel ultrasonic liquid level sensors provide the user flexibility to program for tank configuration, digital filtering, sensor mounting offset, gauge drive output full and empty endpoints and communication mode.
   
 

 
Acu-Trac™ NEMA4 Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensors are non-contact sensors that are a direct replacement for level senders on tanks with depths up ≤ 1.5 meters (59 inches).
 
The NEMA4 ultrasonic liquid level sensors offer a choice of outputs (analog current loop, ratiometric voltage or non-ratiometric voltage).
 
The NEMA's RS-485 bus allows real time processing of fuel data and messaging over the RS-485 bus. The RS-485 bus also provides the user flexibility to program the NEMA4 ultrasonic liquid level sensors for tank configuration, digital filtering, sensor mounting offset, gauge drive output full and empty endpoints and communication mode.
 
 
 
   
NEMA6 Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensors

 

The Acu-Trac™ NEMA6 Ultrasonic Liquid Level Sensors are non-contact sensors that are a direct replacement for level senders on tanks with depths of ≤ 3.0 meters (118 inches).
The NEMA6 ultrasonic level sensor offers a choice of outputs (analog current loop; ratiometric voltage; or non-ratiometric voltage).
 
The NEMA6’s RS-485 bus allows real time processing of fuel data and messaging over the RS-485 bus
   
The RS-485 bus also provides the user flexibility to program the NEMA6 ultrasonic liquid level sensors for tank configuration, digital filtering, transmitter mounting offset, gauge drive output full and empty endpoints and communication mode.
   
   
   
 
 
 

The Digital Fluid-Trac™ Ultrasonic Liquid Level Drum Gauge is a cost competitive non-contact continuous drum gauge. It is designed for use on vertical drums (≤ 32 inch depths) storing a wide variety of media such as water, waste water, motor oil, hydraulic fluid and diesel fuel.
 
The Digital Fluid-Trac™ ultrasonic liquid level drum level gauge is NOT intended for use with gasoline.
The Digital Fluid-Trac™ ultrasonic liquid level drum gauge is currently available for use with standard 55 gallon drums.
